MUZ4FW1 Bosch Compact Food & Meat Grinder

Designed to fit all Bosch stand mixer/kitchen machines whose model numbers begin with MUM 4, this attachment grinds raw or cooked meat, poultry, and fish and also grates vegetables and cheese. (The grinder has no motor and cannot operate independently of the kitchen machines.) Made of metal and rugged plastic, the grinder has a hardened-steel cutting blade and a disk with 0.18-inch (4.5-millimeter) perforations. Its plastic feeder tray measures 7 by 4-3/4 inches, and the accompanying plastic stuffer is 9 inches long, with a large grip. It disassembles easily for cleaning. Available separately for fitting onto the meat grinder is MUZ 4 RV1, a grater for nuts and breadcrumbs.
