Our Simmer Plate gives you the precision you need to simmer a delicate sauce or hold a bisque soup until ready to serve. Food can be held at the lowest possible safe temperature. The Simmer Plate comes included with all our gas and dual-fuel ranges and cooktops and optional with our outdoor grills.
