Heavy and durable in 18 gauge stainless, the large bowl is 9" deep for soaking (and can be fitted with optional grid that can be suspended across the sink area); the smaller is 8" deep for food preparation and clean up. Corner drains are out-of-the-way for easy manuvering of large cooking equipment, and safe dish stacking.
