The three-speed control panel is discreetly placed under the canopy. High quality, dishwasher-safe, stainless steel baffle grease filters fit tightly with surrounding areas for easy cleaning.

For recirculating installations, a charcaol filter kit is required. It is highly recommended that professional style cooking always be vented to the outside. For vented installations, 6" round ducting required (can be transitioned to 4 1/4" x 10").
