The three-speed control panel is discreetly placed under the canopy. High quality, dishwasher-safe, stainless steel baffle grease filters fit tightly with surrounding areas for easy cleaning.

For recirculating installations, a charcaol filter kit is required. It is highly recommended that professional style cooking always be vented to the outside. For vented installations, two 6" round ducts required (can be transitioned to one 10" round with Duct transition kit #620000087).
