We realize some people are not yet comfortable with Secure Transactions over the Internet. So we accept Check and Money Order Payment, but your check or Money Order must clear our Bank before we can make delivery to you. Installations
Delivery of appliance doesn't include installation.
Installations in Greater Los Angeles area:
If installation is needed, please make your request in the note field and
installation charge will be added to your invoice accordingly. An extra
charge will be made if any additional parts or accessories are required
to successfully complete the installation.
Installations for Nationwide areas:
We will only deliver your appliance(s). If installation is needed, please
contact your local area appliance service company or certified installers.

Returns, Refunds and Order Cancellation Policies
1. Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order if not already shipped. Any order cancelled after 24 hours, will be a subject to a 15% restocking fee. To cancel the order, please call us at 1-800-464-9429.
In case of the order cancellation after merchandise was already shipped and it is still in transit, customer must pay all applicable fees, freight charges and merchandise must be returned back to Universal Appliance and Kitchen Center in it's original condition.
2. If the product received is damaged, customer must notify Universal Appliance and Kitchen Center immediately and we will arrange an exchange of damaged product. The damaged product will be replaced and all associated shipping charges with damaged products will be paid by Universal Appliance and Kitchen Center)
3. Returns or Exchanges can be made within 15 days of receiving the product. Returned or Exchanged product may be a subject to a 15% restocking fee. All returned products must be in original condition.
Prior to returning the products, customers need to email or call us for Return Authorization number. Any return without a Return Authorization number will not be accepted. All associated shipping charges when returning or exchanging the product is paid by the customer.

Most companies will either cover all of the fraudulent purchases or hold you liable for a maximum of $50.00.
In the unlikely event that your credit card company discovers credit card fraud, and holds you liable for some portion of the unauthorized charges, there is no need to worry. Provided the purchase was made through our secure server, we will reimburse you for the remaining liability up to a maximum of $50.00. This is standard practice on the Internet, and just part of the reason why people prefer shopping with Universal Appliance and Kitchen Center.
You can always order by mailing the Check or Money Order if you feel insecure using the Internet to Purchase. The merchandise will be shipped when Check or Money Order cashed.
