Where wide applications demand a wider capture area, two or more of either of these sized units can be mounted side by side, in any configuration, and because of the innovative wireless remote operation, all units (being on the same frequency) will operate together. For instance over a 48" cook-top two 21" SUT900's will effectively exhaust air at a maximum rate of 1200cfm - using the standard of 1cfm for every 100btu the cfm will be appropriate for a 95 000btu gas cook-top.

Please note building codes require a minimum vertical distance between combustible materials and gas cooktops - most states 30". Please check your local building codes.
