This portable griddle is for use on the VGBQ gas grills (on side burner only). It fits easily over burner grates for convenient griddling. Made of cast-aluminum with commercial-grade non-stick finish.

It has a grease trough in the front. The griddle fits over standard surface grates on Viking ranges and rangetops. It also fits over side burner V grates only on Viking gas grills. The griddle can also be used to quickly defrost frozen foods.
